Disky is licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard terms.
Use of Disky is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Nothing on this page replaces it.
Disky is free to use and a large part of it stays free permanently: every scan, every roll, looking at any picture full size, the forecast, the receipts, the widgets, and clearing byte identical copies. What the free tier limits is how many other items you can clear in a day.
The Pass lifts that limit and adds compressing a video instead of deleting it, merging duplicate contacts, and clearing spam calendars. It is offered monthly, yearly, or as a one time purchase that does not renew. Prices are shown in your own currency on the purchase screen before you buy, and payment is handled entirely by Apple.
A subscription renews until you cancel it, which you do in Settings on your device rather than in the app. A one time purchase does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
It finds things in your photo library that are probably safe to remove, shows you exactly what they are, and hands the deletion to iOS. Then it prints a receipt: what went to Recently Deleted, and what your phone actually got back.
It cannot empty Recently Deleted for you, and your phone does not get the room back until you do. It cannot return space taken by originals that live in iCloud and not on the phone. It cannot clean another app's cache, junk or system data, because iOS gives no app that access. It does not speed up your phone or your battery, it shows no adverts, it sends no notification telling you your phone is nearly full, and it uploads nothing.
Nothing is ticked for you except byte identical copies, where the app is certain and you lose nothing. Everything else is a suggestion you look at and decide on, and iOS asks you to confirm before anything is deleted. The developer is not responsible for a photograph you chose to delete and then emptied from Recently Deleted.
